Tsenta is the best tool to mass apply to jobs in 2026: an AI agent that finds matching roles on 50,000+ company career pages, tailors your résumé to each one, and submits the full application through 30+ employer systems, including Workday.
Many bulk apply tools work through job board quick-apply forms, or fill in a page and leave the submit button to you. Tsenta completes the whole application on the employer's own system and keeps a record of each one, with room for about 20, 50 or 150 applications a day depending on your plan.
Applying by hand means retyping the same history into a new form for every role, and a single Workday application can take 20 to 45 minutes. With Tsenta you set your preferences once, in about 10 minutes. After that, every application goes through the same four stages, whether it is your fifth of the day or your hundred and fiftieth. You pick the roles, or turn on Auto Apply where available and it picks eligible roles within your filters and daily cap.
Tsenta matches new roles to your profile: the titles, locations, experience level and work setup you want, and the companies you want to skip. Roles come from the employer's own careers page, so you are applying to the real posting, not a repost.
For every role, Tsenta prepares a job-specific résumé from the actual job description, and a cover letter where the employer asks for one. It rewrites from the experience in the résumé you uploaded. Keep résumé review on and each tailored résumé waits for you to approve the changes before anything is sent.
Tsenta opens the employer's application and fills it in: supported account and login steps, every field, screening questions, open-ended answers in your voice, and document uploads. Then it submits. This works across 30+ supported employer systems, including Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and iCIMS.
Every application lands in your tracker with a record of what Tsenta captured, which can include the filled fields, generated answers, résumé, cover letter and submission result. How much detail you get depends on the employer's system. Recruiter replies to your Tsenta inbox are matched back to the right application, and the status updates on its own when the match is clear, so a few hundred applications never turn into a spreadsheet. You can always correct a status yourself.
Applying to more jobs only helps if each application still reads like it was meant for that job. Mass applying goes wrong in four predictable ways, and each one has a fix.
One generic résumé matches no posting especially well, so it reads as a weak fit to keyword screens and to the recruiter. Tsenta rewrites your résumé for each role from the job description and your real experience, so the two hundredth application is as specific as the first.
Autofill tools often stop at long, multi-page employer systems like Workday and hand the form back to you. Volume that still needs you to finish every form is not volume. Tsenta completes and submits the full application on 30+ supported employer systems.
Applying to everything with a matching keyword inflates the count and drags down your reply rate. Tsenta applies within the titles, locations and experience level you set, and skips the companies you exclude. Only successful submissions use your allowance, so a skipped role costs you nothing.
When a recruiter calls about one of 300 applications, you need to know what they are looking at. Tsenta keeps a record for each application with what it captured, such as your answers, résumé and cover letter, so you can check before you pick up. The detail varies by employer system.
For the longer version of this argument, read does mass applying hurt your chances of getting hired.
Tools sold for mass applying do one of three things. Autofill extensions fill in a form on a page you already have open, and you still finish and submit it. Job board appliers submit for you, mostly through quick-apply forms on the boards themselves. Application agents open the employer's own application, work through every step, including account steps, screening questions and uploads, and submit it. Tsenta is an application agent.
LazyApply, JobCopilot, LoopCV and JobHire.ai all come up when you ask for the best tools to mass apply to jobs, and several of them mix these approaches. The table compares how each one submits, where it applies, how it tailors and what record it keeps.
| Tsenta | LazyApply | JobCopilot | LoopCV | JobHire.ai | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| How it submits | Fills and submits the full application for you, with optional review first | Chrome extension that fills applications from your saved profile and applies in bulk | Auto-applies for you, or saves applications for your review. Its separate extension fills forms you submit yourself | Several methods: ATS form submissions, emails to recruiters, and a LinkedIn browser extension | Applies to matched roles on a schedule. You pick per-application review, a 24-hour auto-send window, or full automation |
| Where it applies | Employer career pages, through 30+ supported employer systems | Platforms it names include LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Dice and Greenhouse | Official company career pages only | Finds roles on 20+ job boards and company career pages, then applies by form or recruiter email | Says it scans multiple job boards and enterprise ATSes such as Workday, Greenhouse and Lever. Its free extension can also autofill Workday forms you submit yourself | Named on its site, with Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby | Named as supported on its own blog |
| Per-role tailoring | Job-specific résumé for each role, and a cover letter where the employer accepts one, with changes you can review | Fills from saved résumé profiles. The exact answers sent are not described | Dashboard of every application sent, with email open and reply analytics | Job tracking dashboard. Submission records are not described |
To be fair to the others: LoopCV has a free plan, and its recruiter emails can reach companies without going through an application form. JobCopilot also sticks to company career pages, and JobHire.ai builds tailoring into its automation. If most of your search runs through job board quick-apply forms, a job board tool may be all you need. Tsenta's case is the full application on the employer's own system, tailored, submitted and recorded. Each competitor cell reflects that company's own website as checked in October 2026. "Not described" and "not named" mean we could not find it there, not that the feature is missing.
Every plan is the same agent. Plans differ only in how many applications you can send per 30-day cycle. Spread across a cycle, that works out to:
Free
Matching, tailoring and submission included. No credit card.
Starter
600 applications per 30-day cycle. Fits a focused search on a short list of target companies.
Pro
1,500 applications per 30-day cycle. The most popular plan, and the usual fit for a new grad or OPT search that runs against a clock.
Power
4,500 applications per 30-day cycle. For a broad function, or a search across several cities at once.
Only successful submissions count against your allowance. Skipped and failed attempts go back to your cycle, and unused applications do not roll over. To see what a day at that pace looks like, read how to apply to 50 jobs a day without doing it manually.

The agent, the per-role tailoring, the 30+ employer systems and the submission records are the same on every plan. The only question is how many applications you want to send. Pro, at 1,500 applications per 30-day cycle, is the most popular plan.
Quarterly and annual billing lower the effective rate by up to 36%. The table below shows current pricing in your local currency.
