• Job Matching:Tsenta scores each newly-posted role against your résumé, surfacing only jobs you actually qualify for, often hours before LinkedIn or Indeed index them.
• Résumé Rewriting:Per-role résumé and cover letter generation from the actual job description, with keyword alignment, ATS-safe formatting, and a diff view of every change before send.
• Open-Ended Answers:Drafts answers to free-text questions (e.g. “Why this company?”) in your voice, drawing on your résumé and prior submissions.
• Form Automation:Intelligent form recognition and auto-filling across 12 ATSes, including login flows, multi-page forms, and document uploads.
• Reply Routing:Recruiter emails are routed back to the right application and the status moves on its own, so the inbox stays a pipeline you can read.
