You can now see and edit an application before Tsenta sends it. When an application is ready, Tsenta pauses right before the final submit and shows you everything it filled in: your answers, the tailored resume, and the cover letter.

Fix any answer, tweak your work experience or education inline, then hit approve. Nothing gets submitted until you say so.

This is live across many of the most common application systems, including Greenhouse, Workday, Ashby, Lever, Oracle, and SmartRecruiters, with more on the way. If you would rather keep applying hands-free, auto-approve still works exactly as before.

We ship improvements to Tsenta almost every day, and until now most of them landed quietly. Not anymore.
