About BrassRing
BrassRing is an enterprise recruiting system with a long history at large employers, particularly in financial services, insurance, and industrials.
It is one of the heavier flows in the set. Applications commonly require an account with email verification, and the form runs long with structured history and compliance sections.
Tsenta fills and submits BrassRing applications for you, either from the app or through the developer API.
Typically used by: Financial services, insurance, and industrial employers
Applying by hand
- Account creation with an email verification code
- Long form with structured history and compliance sections
- Dated interfaces that vary by employer
With Tsenta
- Send the posting URL and a candidate profile.
- Get a status back, or a webhook, when it is submitted or failed.
- Optionally approve the answers before anything is sent.
- Pay only for applications that actually go through.
BrassRing API questions
- Does BrassRing expose an application API?
- Its integrations serve licensing employers. There is no public route for third party submission. Tsenta completes the real application flow.
- How is the BrassRing verification code handled?
- Automatically when the candidate uses a Tsenta managed address. On the candidate's own address, the API emits needs_otp and you pass the code back.
- Are these applications slower?
- They involve more steps than a startup ATS. The status object settles when the application is genuinely done, so you do not have to estimate.
