About iCIMS
iCIMS is an enterprise recruiting platform used heavily in retail, healthcare, logistics, and financial services. Like Workday, it is deployed per employer, and each deployment can be configured differently enough that two portals feel like different products.
Applications frequently require an account, run across several pages, and include compliance questions that vary by employer and jurisdiction. The volume of required fields is usually higher than on startup focused systems.

- Does iCIMS have a public application API?
- iCIMS publishes APIs for employers and integration partners who license the platform. Submitting an application on a candidate's behalf against an arbitrary portal is not something it exposes publicly. Tsenta completes the real application flow.
- Why do iCIMS applications take longer?
- More pages and more required fields. The application status moves through running and settles as submitted or failed, so you do not have to guess how long a given portal takes.
- Can Tsenta handle the iCIMS account step?
- Yes, including the email verification code where the portal sends one.
