About ADP
ADP is best known for payroll, and its recruiting product appears at employers already running ADP for everything else. That skews toward established mid market and enterprise companies rather than startups.
Applications commonly require an account and include compliance and disclosure steps. Portal layouts vary by employer configuration.
Tsenta fills and submits ADP applications for you, either from the app or through the developer API.
Typically used by: Mid market and enterprise employers running ADP payroll

ADP API questions
- Does ADP have a candidate application API?
- ADP's developer APIs are aimed at employers and partners integrating with their own ADP data. Submitting applications on a candidate's behalf is not part of that. Tsenta completes the real application.
- Can Tsenta handle the ADP verification email?
- Yes. On a managed candidate address it is handled automatically. On the candidate's own address the API emits needs_otp and you supply the code.
- Does ADP support review before submit?
- Yes, so you can approve the filled application before it is sent.
