Warehouse Associate - Automotive Kitting
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate specializing in drivetrain kitting. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and assemble automotive parts kits according to specified orders and work instructions
Pick, pack, and stage parts efficiently to meet daily production and shipping deadlines
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper labeling of parts and kits
Inspect parts for quality and accuracy, reporting any discrepancies or damages
Operate warehouse equipment such as kit machine, material lifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools safely and effectively
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and improve processes
Other duties as specified by lead or manager
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in warehouse operations, or automotive parts assembly preferred
Ability to read and interpret work orders and inventory labels
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Physical ability to occasionally lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
