Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Patient Recruitment & Social Media Specialist to support enrollment across multiple clinical trials.

The primary focus of this role is patient recruitment, including outreach, prescreening, follow-up, and scheduling qualified participants. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable managing social media accounts, using AI tools , and making basic website updates.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and prescreen potential clinical trial participants
• Conduct outreach by phone, text, WhatsApp, email, and social media
• Follow up with leads and schedule qualified patients for screening
• Manage patient recruitment lists and track recruitment progress
• Post and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Create recruitment flyers, captions, videos, and outreach messages
• Use ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools to improve recruitment, content creation, and productivity
• Make basic website updates
• Work closely with the clinical research team to meet enrollment goals

Qualifications

• Experience in patient recruitment, clinical research and lead generation
• Strong experience using AI
• Good knowledge of social media platforms
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with patients
• Basic knowledge of clinical research preferred
• Spanish-speaking strongly preferred
• Canva, CRM, Meta Business Suite, and basic website editing experience are a plus

Pay: From Php50,000.00 per month
