Site Engineer (Civil Finishing Works) at Zain Property… · Muscat

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all civil finishing works at the project site.
• Monitor activities including blockwork, plastering, screeding, tiling, waterproofing, painting, flooring, ceilings, and other architectural/civil finishing works.
• Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, method statements, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and other site teams.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure proper workmanship and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–6 years of site experience, preferably in building construction and finishing works.
• Strong knowledge of civil and architectural finishing activities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and site coordination.
• Experience in managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of project planning software is an advantage.
• Preferably available in Oman and can join of short notice
