Yo‑Chi is officially coming to Dallas! We’re building the opening team for our first U.S. venue on Lovers Lane and looking for energetic, reliable people who are ready to bring the Chi.

As a Yo‑Chi Team Member, you’ll help create the fun, welcoming experience our guests know and love. Whether you’re helping someone discover their new favorite flavor, keeping our toppings bar looking fresh, or making sure every guest leaves smiling, you’ll play an important part in bringing Yo‑Chi to life in the U.S.

What you’ll do:

• Welcome guests and deliver friendly, genuine service
• Help guests navigate our yogurt flavors, toppings, and loyalty program
• Operate the register and process transactions accurately
• Prepare fresh fruit and replenish yogurt, toppings, and supplies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting venue
• Follow food-safety, cleaning, and operational procedures
• Work collaboratively with your team during busy shifts
• Help create the upbeat, community-focused atmosphere that makes Yo‑Chi special

What we’re looking for:

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and attention to detail
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
• Availability for a mix of evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous hospitality, food-service, or retail experience is helpful, but not required
