Senior Social Media Manager at Within in Ghitorni, Delhi, Delhi

WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS

To build and grow an individual's personal brand with the long-term ambition of becoming a recognised entrepreneur, thought leader and influencer. Inspired by the personal brands of Alex Hormozi, Dan Martell and Ankur Warikoo, this role will turn the individual's ideas, expertise, work, experiences and entrepreneurial journey into content that builds trust, authority and an engaged audience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and execute a long-term personal branding strategy across YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn.

• Understand the individual's vision, expertise, opinions and journey, and identify stories and ideas that can form a distinctive public identity.

• Develop content pillars and create scripts, hooks, posts, reels, short-form videos and long-form YouTube concepts.

• Capture and showcase the individual's work, business-building process, decisions, lessons, challenges and point of view through compelling storytelling.

• Manage the end-to-end content process, including ideation, planning, shoots, editing coordination, publishing and repurposing content across platforms.

• Study relevant creators and industry trends to identify effective formats while building an original voice rather than copying existing personalities.

• Track reach, watch time, audience retention, engagement and follower growth; use insights to continuously improve content.

• Identify opportunities for podcasts, interviews, collaborations and other platforms that can strengthen visibility and credibility.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• 4–6 years of experience in personal branding, content strategy, creator management or social media.

• Strong storytelling, scripting, copywriting and content planning skills.

• Hands-on understanding of YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn, including short- and long-form video.

• Ability to turn conversations, ideas and everyday work into relevant, engaging content.

• Working knowledge of video production/editing tools and social media analytics.

• Proven track record of scaling a brand or creator from the ground up, with real evidence of growing an audience to hundreds of thousands of followers.

• A portfolio showing personal-brand or creator growth, with a clear explanation of the candidate's contribution.
