About Wistkey

Wistkey Technologies Limited is a Hong Kong technology company specialising in private, on-premises AI and digital solutions. We help organisations put technology to practical use while keeping control of their sensitive data and infrastructure.

The role

Ready to return to work? We value your warmth, attention to detail and life experience.

Wistkey is looking for a friendly, dependable colleague who enjoys communicating with people and follows through on commitments. You will work mostly from home, maintaining client relationships through calls, messages and occasional face-to-face meetings in Hong Kong. Monthly salary is HK$15,000–30,000. Our team handles the AI work, so no AI experience is required. We warmly welcome mums returning after a career break to care for their families; a gap in your CV is no barrier to applying.

Your main focus will be understanding clients’ concerns and making sure they feel heard and supported.

At Wistkey, our team uses AI to handle much of the routine preparation, drafting and administration. You do not need to use AI tools yourself. Your time goes into work that needs a human touch: taking calls, attending face-to-face meetings, building trust and exercising judgement when a client needs help.

As Personal Assistant, you will assist our Director with these client relationships: keeping in touch with clients, attending meetings with or on behalf of the Director, and making sure every commitment is followed up.

This is a mostly work-from-home role. You must be based in Hong Kong and able to attend client meetings locally, which are arranged in advance. Appointment at Executive or Manager level will depend on your experience and ability to take ownership of client relationships.

What you will do

• Maintain regular contact with clients through calls, messages and meetings.
• Listen carefully to client needs, answer questions and provide clear, thoughtful updates.
• Attend about 2–4 face-to-face client meetings in Hong Kong each month.
• Understand concerns, manage expectations and coordinate responses with our technical team.
• Follow up on commitments and make sure requests reach the right person and receive a response.
• Work from meeting briefs and summaries prepared by our team, so you can focus on the conversation.
• Handle sensitive conversations and situations that require empathy, context and judgement.
• Recognise opportunities to support clients further and share them with the team.

What we are looking for

• A warm, professional communication style and confidence speaking with clients by phone and in person.
• Good listening skills, empathy and sound judgement.
• Reliable follow-through and the ability to stay organised while working from home.
• Native-level spoken Cantonese is essential; conversational English is sufficient. Mandarin is an advantage.
• Discretion when handling confidential client details.
• No technical or AI experience needed.
• Experience in account management, client relations, customer service or a related role is an advantage.

We warmly welcome mums returning to the workforce after a career break, as well as other returners and career changers. You do not need an uninterrupted employment history, and previous work experience is valued even if your career was paused. We value communication, organisation, patience and problem-solving skills developed through previous work, caring responsibilities, volunteering and everyday life.

Manager-level candidates should demonstrate independent ownership of client relationships and confidence handling more complex client situations.

Onboarding and training

You will receive structured onboarding and ongoing training on our services, our clients and how we work, so you can settle in with confidence, including after a career break.

Why join Wistkey

Full-time work, Monday to Friday, mostly from home, so a school pick-up fits into your day. Enjoy MPF, paid annual leave and medical insurance, with a laptop and mobile phone provided. Build relationships with clients and gain exposure to practical AI and digital projects, while our team takes care of the routine work behind the scenes.

How to apply

Apply through the job platform or email your CV to info@wistkey.com, using the advertised title as your subject line. Include a short example of how you built trust, handled a difficult conversation or followed through on someone’s request.
