Rooms Division Manager | Lead the Stay. Elevate the Experience.

As a Rooms Division Manager, you’ll help lead the teams responsible for some of the most important moments of the guest journey, from arrival through departure.

• Competitive Pay - $65,000 – 72,000 annually.
◦ The starting rate is based on experience and qualifications. This position participates in our compensation program, which provides opportunities for future pay growth based on performance and career development.

What You’ll Do
• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction for rooms division operations, helping create a consistent, welcoming, and high-quality guest experience.
• Support Front Office and Housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, service, and operational standards are consistently achieved.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop associates while encouraging accountability, teamwork, recognition, and professional growth.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the property and proactively engage with guests and associates.
• Monitor guest feedback and service trends and help implement solutions that strengthen satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support departmental budgets, labor expectations, productivity goals, and operating expenses.
• Review staffing and scheduling needs to maintain appropriate coverage while supporting responsible labor management.
• Maintain awareness of occupancy, arrivals, departures, VIPs, groups, special requests, and other factors impacting daily operations.
• Ensure associates follow applicable brand standards, company policies, safety requirements, and operating procedures.
• Collaborate with Sales, Maintenance, Food & Beverage, and other departments to create a seamless guest experience.
• Address guest concerns professionally and thoughtfully while empowering associates to resolve issues when appropriate.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, service, and the overall guest and associate experience.
What Makes You Successful
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of progressively responsible hotel operations experience preferred, particularly within Front Office, Housekeeping, or Rooms Division operations.
• Prior supervisory or management experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of hotel rooms operations and the guest journey.
• Experience with hotel property management systems, scheduling, labor management, and guest-service operations preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold associates accountable.
• Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Guest-focused mindset and commitment to creating memorable experiences.
Physical Requirements
This position requires frequent walking and standing throughout the property, as well as the ability to frequently bend, stoop, sit, stand, and reach. Must be able to use proper body mechanics and lifting principles to occasionally lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
