You’ll help kids build confidence in the water, celebrate every win, and create a safe, encouraging experience for swimmers and families. If you bring great energy, enjoy working with people, and want a role where no two shifts feel the same, you’ll fit right in.

Must be available: Saturdays and Sundays, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM.

Pay: $16–$21/hour, plus paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for more hours, overtime, and full-time growth.

You must be able to swim. Swim-instructor experience, CPR, and lifeguard certification are a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person. Bring a positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn, and we’ll help you build the rest.
