Westchester Dermatology Medical Clinic is seeking an experienced dermatology physician assistant or nurse practitioner for a full time position at our established Westside Los Angeles practice. You would step into a busy, ready made patient panel weighted toward medical dermatology, with a steady cosmetic component.

The Opportunity

• A case mix weighted toward general and medical dermatology, with cosmetics as a regular part of the schedule

• Established patient volume from day one, with no panel to build from scratch

• Full scope general and surgical dermatology, including skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and in office procedures

• Cosmetic work including neuromodulators, fillers, chemical peels, and laser and energy based treatments

• On site collaboration and supervision from an experienced board certified dermatologist

• Training and mentorship available for providers who want to deepen their cosmetic skill set

• Integrated EMR and full back office support so that your time stays with patients

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physician assistant program or an accredited nurse practitioner program

• Active, unrestricted California PA or NP license, or the ability to obtain one prior to start date (required)

• NCCPA certification for physician assistants, or national board certification for nurse practitioners

• Minimum of two years of hands on dermatology experience (required)

• Comfortable working at pace in a high volume clinic and making independent clinical decisions within a collaborative model

• Genuine interest in cosmetic dermatology, or the willingness to develop one

• Professional, patient centered communication style and a team oriented approach

Pay: From $120,000.00 per year
