Webmore Solutions is looking for confident and motivated individuals for Domestic Cold Calling and Inbound Sales.

This opportunity is for people who want to start or build their careers in Sales, Communication, Digital Marketing, and Business Development.

You will communicate with potential customers over phone calls, understand their business needs, introduce our digital services, and convert interested prospects into clients.

We welcome undergraduates and graduates, especially those who have applied to many companies but are still waiting for their first opportunity.

Even if you have completed Matriculation or Intermediate, you are welcome to apply if you believe you have the communication skills, confidence, and ability to contribute to our company.

Training & Internship Structure

• 7 Days of Training: Professional training will be provided to help you understand our services, calling process, sales communication, and customer handling.
• Training Period: These 7 days will not be counted as working days.
• Training Target: A specific performance target will be assigned during the 7-day training period.
• Successful Completion: Candidates who achieve the assigned target will qualify for a basic salary of PKR 35,000 + 10% commission.

The training target and evaluation criteria will be explained to candidates before the training begins.

Key Responsibilities

• Make domestic cold calls to potential customers.
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries from interested customers.
• Introduce and explain our digital marketing services.
• Understand customers' business needs and recommend suitable services.
• Persuade potential customers through confident and professional communication.
• Generate interest and identify potential business opportunities.
• Handle basic customer questions and objections.
• Maintain call records and update prospect information.
• Take responsibility for assigned targets and daily performance.

Services You Will Be Selling

Candidates will receive training about our services before handling client conversations.

• Social Media Marketing: Facebook, Instagram, Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Social Media Management: Social media page management, content creation and engaging reels.
• Website Development: Professional business websites.
• Video Editing: Short-form videos, reels and promotional videos.
• Graphic Designing: Social media posts, marketing creatives and branding designs.
• AI Chatbot Creation: Automated chatbot solutions for businesses.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have good Urdu communication skills.
• Can confidently persuade people through their conversations.
• Can understand English. Fluent English speaking is not mandatory.
• Have confidence while talking to new people over the phone.
• Can understand customer needs and explain services clearly.
• Take ownership and responsibility for their assigned work.
• Are serious about achieving targets and improving their skills.
• Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Can work in a professional, target-oriented environment.
