Senior Onboarding Manager at Wealthbox in Remote

About Wealthbox

Wealthbox is the #1 CRM software platform for financial advisors: rated #1 by the people who use it and #1 in market share. Tens of thousands of advisors and their teams run their day on it, and our largest enterprise firms rely on it as the intelligent hub for their entire practice. We're a fast-growing team building the AI-powered software advisors actually want to use, and we're looking for people who want to help.

The Role

We're hiring a Senior Onboarding Manager to own the full onboarding journey for our largest and most important new firms. This role spans the entire customer journey, from Sales handoff to Support and Relationship Management. You'll meet directly with our largest newly signed firms, understand how they operate, and make sure every piece of their onboarding lands: overseeing workspace customization, data migration, and team education by coordinating with implementation and technical resources. You'll coordinate across the onboarding teams as well as sales, product, and relationship management teams, so nothing falls through the cracks. You're the reason a firm goes from "signed" to fully live, trained, and in good hands.

What You'll Do

• Drive project plans, track milestones, and ensure cross-functional alignment among onboarding, product, and sales for Wealthbox's largest advisory firms, from kickoff through go-live and initial user adoption within the firm.
• Meet with customer stakeholders to understand their organizational structure, team dynamics, and operational processes.
• Identify change management needs, recommend process changes, and guide teams through adopting new ways of working.
• Monitor the onboarding process and proactively keep customers and internal teams on track to meet timeline commitments.
• Manage several implementations at once with tight organization and follow-through.
• Set clear, realistic expectations about what our onboarding service supports and what the product can and cannot do.
• Work with Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales, and use what you learn in the field to improve the product and onboarding process.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in the implementation playbook to make onboarding more efficient and scalable.

What You Bring

• 3 to 5+ years in onboarding, consulting, or product education in SaaS.
• Experience in SaaS project management, client-facing project management, timeline tracking, and risk mitigation for enterprise or complex B2B customers.
• The ability to learn complex software quickly and teach it plainly to non-technical users.
• Strong organization and follow-through across multiple concurrent implementations.
• Comfort setting honest expectations, including when a request needs a product change or more internal support.
• Financial services or wealth management experience is a plus.
• Experience with customer success and ticketing applications is a plus.

Benefits

• Comprehensive health coverage
• 401(k)
• Paid time off
