Wealth Without Wall Street→
Infinite Banking Strategist - Wealth Without… at Wealth… · Remote in
Job Description
Remote, US only · 1099 independent contractor · 100% commission, no base and no draw · $130,000 to $150,000 in year one at standard production · $200,000 and up in year two · Life and health license required, obtained at your own cost after hire
The role in one sentence: You find people who are tired of handing their money to Wall Street, you teach them how Infinite Banking actually works, you get them bought in, and you bring in a Policy Architect to design the policy with you on the call.
Who this role is for
This is a selling seat. You are not an analyst, you are not a designer, and you are not waiting on a calendar to fill up. You are on the phone, you are teaching a concept most people have never heard of, and you are the reason someone finally does something about their money.
There is no salary and no draw. A case takes about 45 days to fund and you are paid when the carrier pays, so your first real check lands around month three. If reading that made you want a base salary, stop reading, because we do not have one and you would be unhappy here.
Four hundred dials a week is the standard, not the stretch. Our best people do that and then work the evening and weekend windows on top of it, because that is when their prospects are actually free. If the dial count is what makes you hesitate, this is not the seat.
You do not need to know anything about life insurance or Infinite Banking today. We teach that, and a senior architect sits on your design calls from your very first case. What you bring is the ability to get a stranger on the phone and earn their trust.
The Company
Wealth Without Wall Street teaches people to use specially designed life insurance policies to build and control their own banking system, known as the Infinite Banking Concept. Russ Morgan and Joey Mure built it on one idea: you do not have an income problem, you have a system problem. The podcast has run since 2017 with more than 700 episodes, and there is a free community of several thousand people behind it. We are hiring because we have more people who want this built for them than we have strategists to teach it.

Two roles on this team, and this is the selling one
People mix these up, so here is the line between them before you read anything else.
- Infinite Banking Strategist, this role: You prospect, you teach Infinite Banking, you run the intro call alone, you open the application, and you own the client from the first dial through funding and every year after. You sell. That is the job.
- Infinite Banking Policy Architect, a different seat: They design the policy. They join your design call on every case and they sign off on the design before it goes to the carrier. They do not prospect and they do not chase. They are the expertise in the room.
You will learn how a policy is built, because you should never sound like you are guessing in front of a client. You will not design one. Nobody on this team designs alone until our senior team signs them off, and that is months out, not weeks. The reason is simple and we will tell you plainly: our carrier relationships are at will, and one policy designed wrong puts them at risk. So an architect is on the call. It costs you five points until your eleventh funded case and it is worth every one of them.
What you will do
- Outbound prospecting: 400 dials a week, about 1,730 a month, from company lead lists. This is where your appointments come from.
- Self set intro calls: 60 to 65 booked a month that you created yourself. That works out to about one set for every 27 dials.
- The intro call: You run it alone. You teach the concept, you find the gap between where they are and where they want to be, and you book the design call inside eight days.
- The Policy Design call: Your architect designs. You close. The application opens on that call, every time. That is a rule here, not a preference, because every week between calls costs us deals.
- Underwriting and funding: Yours to carry. About a 45 day cycle from application to funded, and the chase is the difference between a case that funds and one that dies.
- Funded cases: 6 to 8 a month at full standard.
- Your book: A referral ask on every funded client, on tape, and a quarterly meeting booked the week the policy funds.
- Pipeline and CRM: Every call logged the same day. Your numbers are on a scorecard the whole team can see.
The math behind six to eight funded cases
We are showing you this because you should not have to take our word for the number. These are our real conversion rates, not best case ones.
- Appointments booked - 83 (To fund 6 a month) - 111 (To fund 8 a month)
- Intro calls actually held, at a 55.6% show rate - 46 (To fund 6 a month) - 62 (To fund 8 a month)
- Applications opened, at 26% of intros held - 12 (To fund 6 a month) - 16 (To fund 8 a month)
- Funded cases, at 50% of applications - 6 (To fund 6 a month) - 8 (To fund 8 a month)
You are hired to self set 60 to 65 of those appointments every month. That alone gets you close to six. The rest comes from company provided appointments, which are earned on production, not handed out on day one. Read the lead section below before you do that math in your head.
What your ramp actually looks like
Activity comes first, production follows, and income shows up last. Do not judge month one by your bank account.
Window - The milestone (The number)
- Week 1 - Access live, license course started, shadowing intro calls and design calls (150 dials, 5 calls shadowed)
- Week 2 - Your own dials and your own appointments (300 dials, 10 appointments set)
- Day 30 - First intro calls run end to end with your architect riding along on design (1,200 dials, 35 self set appointments, 5 applications opened)
- Day 60 - Intros solo. All five training phases signed (400 dials a week, 50 self set appointments in the window, 8 applications)
- Day 90 - Full standard turns on. First cases fund (400 dials and 15 self set appointments a week, 3 funded cases in month three)
- Day 180 - Producing at the graded curve (6 funded cases a month, about 22 funded cumulative)
A case you open on day 45 funds around day 90, which is exactly why day 90 is the earliest a funded case is even possible. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something.
Training runs in five phases, each with a quiz and a live demonstration signed off by your sales director. The last one is policy design, and it exists so you can speak credibly about a design before your architect joins, not so you can build one.
How this role pays you
Here is the exact math, nothing rounded up.
- Structure: 100% commission. No salary, no draw.
- Your rate: You earn 15 points on your first 10 funded cases, because your architect is carrying real weight on design while you learn. From your 11th funded case forward you earn 20 points, automatically. The count graduates you. No approval, no negotiation.
- What a case pays: About $1,605 a case at 15 points while you are inside your first 10. About $2,140 a case at 20 points from case 11 on. At six to eight funded a month you clear the first 10 inside your first five months.
- Renewals: 15% of renewal premium on the cases you wrote, stacking behind your new business, for as long as you are with us.
- Payout timing: You are paid when the carrier pays, on issued and paid premium. Not on applications and not on promises. About a 45 day cycle.
What that adds up to, using the ramp above and nothing else:
Year one (Funded cases - What you earn)
- Steady ramp, then 6 a month (64 - About $131,600)
- Fast ramp, then 8 a month (72 - About $148,700)
Year two, every case at 20 points (Funded cases - What you earn)
- 6 a month (72 - About $154,000)
- 7 a month (84 - About $179,800)
- 8 a month (96 - About $205,400)
Renewals are not in those tables. They start small and they compound, and by year two they are real money on top.
The rules that protect everybody
1. You are paid when the carrier pays, on issued and paid premium, not on applications and not on promises.
2. If a policy lapses or charges back inside the first year, the carrier chargeback flows through to you pro rata. Write business that stays on the books.
3. Every split, every exception and every side agreement goes in writing and gets signed before the deal it covers. No verbal comp, ever.
4. Renewals pay while you are here. If you leave, renewal income stops. We would rather tell you that now than have you find out later.
How leads work here, honestly
You are hired to generate your own appointments, and the 60 to 65 you set yourself each month is the part you control. Company provided appointments exist but they are earned, not given: lead flow is recalculated twice a month off your own close rate and input numbers, the full round robin goes to the top three producers, and it can be taken away after two consecutive weeks below standard. Plan your income on what you create yourself. Everything on top of that is what moves you from six funded to eight.
Licensing and what it costs you
You need an active life and health license to submit an application. If you do not have one, you get it at your own expense after you are hired. The prelicensing course runs about $140 and is state specific, most people clear it in two to three weeks alongside training, and the exam is typically passed by day 25. You also carry your own E and O coverage, and we confirm state appointment before your first application. You can dial, set appointments and shadow from week one without a license. You just cannot take an application until it clears.
The contractor agreement is exclusive: while you are engaged here, you write through Wealth Without Wall Street.
Who thrives here
You have a real sales track record, at least two years, from any industry. You will make 400 dials a week without a manager standing over you. You can take something complicated and make it simple, and you are comfortable saying you do not know yet and going to find out. You own your pipeline and your numbers, you take a correction and change the next call, and you will pick up the phone when your prospect is actually free. Kind, not nice.
Who you are NOT
- You need a base or a draw to feel safe while you ramp.
- Four hundred dials a week sounds like too much.
- You expect leads handed to you instead of generating your own.
- You want to be the technical expert instead of the salesperson.
- You are not willing to get licensed, and carry E and O, at your own cost.
- You have never carried a pipeline or been held to activity numbers.
- You go quiet or start explaining when a month goes badly.
- You have held three or more sales jobs in the last two years.
