Job Description
Summary: W.B. Mason Company Inc. is a privately owned company with a century of history, known for its supportive and family-like atmosphere. They are seeking a passionate Market Development Specialist to excel in outside sales by introducing local businesses to their wide range of workplace products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Exploring your assigned territory and introducing local businesses to everything W.B. Mason has to offer
- Meet with potential clients, uncover their needs, and show them how our full range of workplace products and services can make their lives easier
- Demo products, share web tools, offer custom pricing, and help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO
- Work closely with inside sales and our onboarding teams to ensure every new account is smoothly transitioned and well taken care of
- Attend regular branch sales meetings to keep connected and supported
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to converse, read, and write in English
- Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs
