This role is essential in ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining store standards. As a Sales Supervisor at VIVAIA, you will work closely with the Store Manager to coach and support the sales team, drive sales performance, and uphold brand standards to create a positive shopping experience. What You'll Do • Supervise and support the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals. • Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. • Assist in managing daily store operations including merchandising, inventory control, and visual standards. • Ensure all customers receive a high level of service, including personalized assistance and product recommendations. • Monitor sales floor activities to maintain store presentation and customer experience. • Help with cash handling, transaction accuracy, and maintaining security procedures as needed. • Support Store Manager in implementing promotional activities and operational initiatives. REQUIREMENTS • 2+ years of retail experience, preferably including supervisory or leadership roles. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service. • Proven ability to motivate and lead a sales team effectively. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Positive attitude and collaborative team player.
