VISIONSPARK

SALES CONSULTANT / CLIENT STRATEGIST

Do you naturally draw people in and make them feel understood? Do you have the business acumen to earn the trust of CEOs and the curiosity to uncover what's really holding their businesses back? Can you inspire confidence and guide important decisions without relying on a traditional sales pitch? If you're a relationship-driven go-getter who leads with integrity and loves helping others succeed, we want to talk to you!

At VisionSpark, sales is about more than closing business. We build genuine relationships, ask thoughtful questions, and help business owners make the right decisions. You're motivated to win, but never at the expense of trust, bringing the energy and persistence to turn meaningful connections into new business.

Our ideal Sales Consultant / Client Strategist is:

People-First and Empathetic. You genuinely care about others and connect with people naturally. Your warmth and emotional intelligence make others feel valued and understood.

Consultative and Curious. Asking thoughtful questions comes naturally to you. You listen to understand, uncover underlying challenges, and guide clients toward solutions that truly fit their needs.

Engaging and Influential. You bring an infectious enthusiasm that draws people in and gets them excited. Confident and professionally mature, you inspire trust without being pushy or overly salesy.

Driven and Resilient. You're a self-motivated go-getter who creates opportunities rather than waiting for them. Setbacks don't slow you down, and you bring urgency and persistence to achieving results.

Adaptable and Resourceful. Quick on your feet, you read the room and adjust your approach. You thrive in entrepreneurial environments, take ownership, and find ways forward.

Our ideal Sales Consultant / Client Strategist combines a genuine love for people with the drive to grow our business. You build credibility with executives, navigate challenging conversations, and create opportunities through networking and referrals. At VisionSpark, you'll help business owners solve important challenges while building lasting relationships that fuel our growth.
