Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member at Victor… · Margate

**ABOUT OUR AGENCY:**I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked for another agent and also gained experience in medical billing. I'm a Florida Atlantic University graduate and was born and raised in Boca Raton, where I'm proud to serve the community I call home.

Our agency is built on teamwork and collaboration. We have an experienced team that works together to support one another and provide the best possible experience for our customers. As a close-knit office, we believe everyone succeeds when we work together.

Our agency offers PTO, a 401(k), licensing reimbursement, additional time off through performance incentives, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in recognizing hard work and creating opportunities for our team to grow.

Our culture is collaborative, supportive, and community-focused. I'm looking for someone who is coachable, motivated to sell, and interested in building a long-term career.
