We are …

a welcoming, low-stress bunch that likes to laugh hard, work hard, and eat our weight in DoorDash takeout.

Our team brings different backgrounds, personalities, and vibes to the table, and every voice is respected, respectful, and part of building something brand-new, together. All staff are cross-trained, and everyone rotates through the front and the back of house. We champion our employees taking ownership of their strengths and proudly support them when they want to grow educationally and technically.

We firmly stand for a gossip-free culture. We make a dedicated effort to leave on time, every single day. We celebrate all forms of diversity and strive to be an inclusive service provider in this community.

You are…

• Skilled with the technical stuff:

  • Low-stress and fear-free restraint and handling of cats and dogs—bonus if you also have experience working with birds and small mammals, too!
  • Lab work, radiograph positioning and safety, injections (SQ, IV, IM), IV catheter placement, medication dispensing, and medical record maintenance, restraint for exams, and supporting veterinarians during procedures and appointments
  • Hospital maintenance, stocking, and cleanliness
  • Anesthesia monitoring and administration experience is a strong plus, but we can train a motivated learner!

• Skilled with the soft stuff: client communication and education, conflict resolution, answering phones, and taking payments

• Knowledgeable about common disease states and able to alert veterinarians to changes in patient conditions.

• Able to work under pressure, in new environments

• Interested in growing your skillset and learning new things

• Someone who believes in welcoming clients into the medical process by educating, supporting, comforting, and treating them as individuals
