Job description:
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Creative Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong visual sense, a flair for innovation, and the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging designs. As a Creative Designer, you will play a key role in shaping our brand’s visual identity and delivering high-quality design solutions across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
1. Concept Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop creative designs for digital and print media, including marketing collateral, social media, web design, and advertising campaigns.
- Design Execution: Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and other design elements that align with the company’s brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work adheres to established brand standards and maintains a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their design needs, provide creative solutions, and present design concepts effectively.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to keep the brand’s visual style fresh and relevant.
- Creativity: Strong creative and conceptual thinking with the ability to generate unique and original design ideas.
Preferred Skills:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in Creative design
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale clearly.
- Good understanding of on-going trend in UAE market
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
- Time management Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing & Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles added advantage.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2. Language: English, Hindi (Arabic added advantage)
