Job Description
Summary: Veeam Software is the #1 global market leader in data resilience, providing businesses with control over their data. As a Customer Success Intern, you will engage with customers to renew contracts, manage team inboxes, and learn from Customer Success Specialists on upselling opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- You’ll work with satisfied customers on renewing their contacts
- You’ll call expired accounts to win them back and manage team inboxes
- You’ll shadow our Customer Success Specialists here as well, finding out how to upsell and cross-sell whenever there’s an opportunity
Required Qualifications:
- Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in an accredited college or university
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Willingness to learn about technology
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter
