We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. Duties

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for data models and dashboards.
• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive reports and interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other reporting platforms to visualize key metrics effectively.
• Conduct detailed data analysis utilizing SQL, R, Python, VBA, and ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources including Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Talend, and SQL databases.
• Perform database design activities to optimize data storage solutions and query management for efficient data retrieval.
• Support the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring best practices in project management methodologies like Agile are followed for timely delivery of analytics solutions.
• Analyze complex datasets through advanced techniques such as linked data analysis and visualization to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Develop comprehensive documentation including process flows using Visio and maintain detailed records of requirements analysis and dashboard development activities.
• Collaborate across teams to implement business intelligence initiatives that enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

Skills

• Expertise in business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker for dashboard development and reporting.
• Strong proficiency in SQL databases including Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle; experience with query management and database design.
• Advanced knowledge of data analytics tools like R, Python, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), Talend for ETL processes and automation tasks.
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies such as Agile for project management and software deployment cycles.
• Proven ability in requirements analysis, data model design, data visualization techniques, and analysis skills to interpret complex datasets effectively.
• Experience with linked data concepts and integrating diverse data sources for comprehensive insights.
• Skilled in using reporting tools like Excel for data analysis and creating detailed reports or dashboards tailored to business needs.
• Strong technical proficiency in software development lifecycle analysis to support continuous improvement initiatives within analytics projects.
