Student - Ursinus College Graduate School Fair 10/8/2026
Location: Collegeville, PA, United States
Career and Professional Development is hiring students for the Graduate School Fair on Thursday, October 8, 2026! Shift hours are available from: 8am-3pm in the Floy Lewis Bakes Center- Field House.

Student applicants will be directed to UC's Oracle platform to apply for this on-campus job and complete related HR documentation.
Work-study students are encouraged to apply!
Important notes for working at the Graduate School Fair:
- Wear business casual apparel- no jeans, leggings, or sweatpants.
- Bring a positive and professional attitude.
- Arrive at the indoor track of the FLB Field House near the parking lot. Connect with Janet Mutschler, Advisor at the employer check-in table.
Student Worker Responsibilities: You will be assigned to tasks upon arrival and throughout the event.
- Event set-up, such as alignment of tables and chairs, linen placement, and distribution of administrative items
- Assemble and hang directional signs in the field house
- Place directional signage across campus
- Greet graduate school representatives and guide them to their table location
- Carry the representatives’ items to their table locations
- Visit Wismer and Cafe 2020 to invite students to attend the Graduate School Fair
- Assist with student registration
- Collect students’ evaluation surveys
- Event clean-up, such as sign removal and collection of linen
