• Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with sales and marketing teams. Share field feedback on messaging, refine target lists, and support campaigns. Attend team meetings to align on goals and strategy.
• Metrics & Targets: Consistently hit or exceed activity and pipeline targets. U.S. companies expect SDRs to meet high activity quotas (calls, emails, demos). Employers look for “excellent organizational skills” and a self-starter mindset. Strong time management (e.g. planning daily call schedules) is crucial in a high-activity environment.
• Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM and sales engagement tools. Candidates should have used systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar to track leads. Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequencing tools, or dialers is a plus.
