Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional, compassionate care to our veteran clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and emotional support
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each client's unique needs, preferences, and goals
• Collaborate with our team of professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
• Administer medications, perform light housekeeping, and assist with meal preparation and dining
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands, as needed
• Maintain accurate records and reports of care provided
• Develop and implement personalized care plans that promote independence, comfort, and well-being

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in caregiving or a related field
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that require bending, stooping, and standing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
