สรุปงานโดยย่อ:**

บริหารความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้ากลุ่มสถาบันและองค์กรขนาดใหญ่ (Wholesale Banking) เพื่อนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินที่เหมาะสม โดยมีเป้าหมายในการขยายฐานลูกค้าและสร้างผลกำไรให้กับธนาคาร

ความรับผิดชอบหลัก:**

* บริหารและพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้ากลุ่ม Wholesale Banking ที่มีอยู่และลูกค้าใหม่
* ทำความเข้าใจความต้องการทางธุรกิจของลูกค้า และนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินที่หลากหลายของธนาคาร (เช่น สินเชื่อ, Trade Finance, Treasury, Cash Management)
* วิเคราะห์และประเมินความเสี่ยงทางการเงินของลูกค้า พร้อมทั้งจัดทำข้อเสนอสินเชื่อและนำเสนอต่อคณะกรรมการ
* ติดตามและทบทวนพอร์ตสินเชื่อของลูกค้าอย่างสม่ำเสมอ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าเป็นไปตามนโยบายและระเบียบของธนาคาร
* สร้างเครือข่ายและสร้างโอกาสทางธุรกิจกับลูกค้าเป้าหมาย
* บรรลุเป้าหมายการขายและเป้าหมายผลกำไรที่กำหนดไว้
* ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในธนาคารที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้การบริการลูกค้าเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและมีประสิทธิภาพ
* ศึกษาและทำความเข้าใจแนวโน้มตลาดและคู่แข่งอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อนำมาปรับใช้ในการวางกลยุทธ์

คุณสมบัติ:**

* ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ, การเงิน, เศรษฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
* มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปี ในตำแหน่ง Relationship Manager หรือ Credit Analyst ในสถาบันการเงิน โดยมีประสบการณ์กับลูกค้ากลุ่ม Wholesale Banking จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
* มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินสำหรับลูกค้าองค์กรเป็นอย่างดี
* มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์สินเชื่อและการประเมินความเสี่ยงที่ดีเยี่ยม
* มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการเจรจาต่อรองที่เป็นเลิศ
* มีความสามารถในการสร้างและบริหารความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าในระยะยาว
* สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและบรรลุเป้าหมายได้
* มีความคล่องตัวในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ ทั้งการพูดและเขียน
* มีใบอนุญาตผู้แนะนำการลงทุน (IC License) หากมีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
