To be fully transparent, Univaens is currently a bootstrapped, pre-funding startup without secured external funding.

At this stage, we are exploring an equity-first founding arrangement. We're looking for a passionate community and creator partnerships leader interested in helping build the company, develop our early audience, and establish meaningful relationships with fans and creators.

The proposed equity range is 0.25%–0.75%, negotiable depending on experience, responsibilities, commitment, and long-term contribution.

Following successful fundraising, we anticipate a potential annual base salary of $70,000–$90,000, depending on experience, responsibilities, market conditions, and the company's financial position.

Future salary and funding dates are not guaranteed. Any initial working arrangement and equity participation will be subject to applicable laws and mutually agreed written terms.

About Univaens

Univaens, Inc. is an American entertainment technology startup building an interactive platform connecting fictional Universes, films and series, games, digital collectibles, communities, and interactive experiences.

Our first original IP, Cyber Bite Vampires, is an animated Universe featuring original characters, developed lore, and a distinctive visual identity.

We already have a functional platform prototype, two founding engineers developing the production platform, and an active Pre-Seed fundraising strategy.

Our current focus is developing the platform, growing our early audience, and building a community around Univaens and Cyber Bite Vampires.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a creative, outgoing, and hands-on community leader who enjoys connecting with people, building communities, and developing relationships with content creators.

Ideal Background

• 3+ years of experience in community management, creator partnerships, social media, or audience engagement.
• Experience building and managing Discord communities.
• Understanding of online fandoms, animation, gaming, and digital entertainment.
• Experience connecting with influencers, artists, creators, and online communities.
• Familiarity with Discord, Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X.
• Ability to organize community events, discussions, and engagement activities.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and develop community initiatives.
• Genuine interest in entertainment, original fictional Universes, and startup environments.

Experience with indie animation, gaming communities, crowdfunding, fan engagement, or creator collaborations is especially valuable.

The Role

You would help:

• Build and grow the Univaens community, particularly on Discord.
• Introduce the Univaens platform, its features, and Cyber Bite Vampires to new audiences.
• Organize community events, discussions, contests, and interactive activities.
• Develop relationships with content creators, artists, influencers, and entertainment communities.
• Coordinate creator collaborations and cross-promotional opportunities.
• Help engage early supporters and promote Community Unlocks and other community initiatives.
• Encourage community interest in UniCards, UniPass, Marketplace, and upcoming platform experiences.
• Maintain a welcoming, active, and organized community environment.
• Gather community feedback and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
• Collaborate with the Founding Head of Growth & Partnerships on audience development and creator outreach.
• Work with the Content & Social Media Producer on community-focused announcements and promotional materials.

The Founder & CEO retains creative direction and final approval over original IP and canonical content.

This is not simply a Discord moderation role. We're looking for someone who wants meaningful ownership and long-term involvement in building a dedicated entertainment community from its earliest stages.

Equity

Equity participation ranges from 0.25% to 0.75%, depending on:

• Experience and demonstrated achievements.
• Community-building and partnership skills.
• Level of responsibility.
• Long-term commitment.
• Contribution to the company's growth.

Vesting structure and final equity details would be discussed directly with serious candidates and documented in formal agreements.

Current Stage

Univaens is currently preparing for its Pre-Seed funding round while developing the production platform and building its first community.

Our focus is introducing Univaens and Cyber Bite Vampires to new audiences, developing creator partnerships, growing Discord engagement, and establishing a strong foundation for future community growth.
