Develop recommendations regarding future capacity, investment, infrastructure and network optimization.
• Leadership & Organizational Capability: Lead, develop and build a high-performing Operations and Supply Chain leadership team. Establish clear accountability, develop succession pipelines and ensure the organization has the capabilities required to meet current and future business requirements.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as a key strategic partner to Finance, Sales, Engineering, HR and other functions, ensuring Operations and Supply Chain priorities are integrated into broader business planning and decision-making.
