In our modern parcel sorting centre, you will help ensure that thousands of packages are processed quickly and accurately every day. Together with your colleagues, you will keep the logistics operation running smoothly and contribute to fast deliveries throughout the Netherlands. You will work in a dynamic environment, receive an attractive shift allowance, and have the opportunity to secure a permanent contract.

What do we offer?
A gross hourly wage of €14.99
A fixed 13.75% shift allowance, bringing your gross hourly wage to €17.05 per hour
Gross monthly salary of approximately €2,585, including shift allowance
Full-time position of 35 hours per week in a 3-shift rotation
Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre from the 10th kilometre onwards (up to a maximum of 35 km)
The prospect of a permanent contract

You can reach the workplace in only 38 minutes from Rotterdam Central Station! In addition, you will receive a thorough onboarding program and support from experienced colleagues. This will help you quickly become familiar with the job and gain the confidence to work independently.

As a Warehouse Employee, you play an important role in the logistics process. Thanks to your efforts, parcels are processed and shipped on time to destinations both within the Netherlands and abroad. You will work with your colleagues in a dynamic environment where operations continue throughout the day.

During your workday, you will be responsible for:

• Loading and unloading containers filled with parcels
• Placing parcels on sorting systems and conveyor belts
• Sorting shipments to the correct destination
• Checking shipping labels and identifying any irregularities
• Working together with your colleagues to keep the workplace clean, safe, and pleasant

You enjoy an active job where you are constantly on the move. Together with your team, you make sure the logistics process runs smoothly and that any issues are solved quickly. You also help maintain a safe and organized working environment.

What skills do you need?

For this position, we are looking for someone who enjoys being active and likes working as part of a team. Experience in a warehouse is a plus, but it is not required. We will teach you the job.

It is important that you:

• Speak Dutch or English for communication and safety instructions
• Are available to work 35 hours per week
• Can work in a 3-shift schedule (07:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00, and 23:00-07:00)
• Are able to perform physical work
