Job Description
Summary: U.S. Bank is committed to helping customers and businesses make better financial decisions. The Work Coordinator role involves reviewing inspection reports, distributing workloads, and ensuring compliance with service standards while resolving routine problems.
Responsibilities:
- Reviews final inspection and recertification of value reports from a wide variety of bank channels
- Supplementary Appraisal Review Support positions review final inspection reports in comparison with the primary full appraisal report for accuracy and completeness
- Communicates incompleteness to various business lines
- Distributes workload, monitors production and participates in work as necessary
- Coordinates with other work areas as required to ensure compliance with service standards and regulatory deadlines
- Resolves exceptions and problems of a more routine nature, referring more complex problems to supervisor or manager as necessary
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of related experience, preferably real estate or home mortgage loan experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of appraisals and the appraisal process, including Government Sponsored Entities, USPAP and U.S. Bank policy and procedures
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
