The Business is family owned, and managed, with over 30 years experience in all areas of the construction sector their success is a strong testament to the supporting divisions within the group such as Crane Hire, Plant Hire, Construction & Demolition, Steelworks, Haulage, and Waste Recycling.

As part of our on-going growth we are now looking to expand our team and have an exciting opportunity for a Bronto Driver to join our Team. This role is most suited to candidates who possess the Bronto training certification or an experienced HGV driver open to upskilling.

Requirements:

• Valid Safe Pass/CSR
• IPAF 1b certification advantageous
• Full, Clean Driver Licence (Category C) with minimum 1 year professional driving experience essential
• Excellent timekeeping
• Candidates must be flexible regarding their work hours

NOTE: IPAF 1b certification is not essential-Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Bronto based on manufacturers specifications
• Operate and adhere to Lift Plans, Risk Assessments/Method Statements
• Inspect clearances, overhead lines, and other possible obstructions to ensure there are no accidents or damage to employees, buildings, loads, or equipment
• Inspect and assesses ground conditions to ensure that the Bronto can be set up safely
• Inspect Bronto for defects and wear prior to operation and document machine safety checks each day
• Comply with all applicable safety laws, guidelines, and best practices
• Maintain logs and records of operation activities
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Work with others as applicable to ensure site safety
• Report any issues immediately
• Maintain Bronto in good and clean condition
• Wear all Personal Protective Equipment required
