This is an opportunity to bring Demand Planning, Supply and Production Planning, Tactical Procurement, and Inventory into one connected operating model. You will lead through significant organizational and ERP-enabled change while improving customer service and working capital together.

· Own Procurement Planning & inventory business processes through ERP transformation. Lead relevant Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay workstreams from design and testing through cutover, adoption, stabilization, process governance, and master-data health.

· Build one capable enterprise organization. Establish a common KPI architecture, management cadence, decision rights, standard work, talent development, succession coverage, and an everyday continuous-improvement operating system.

The essential requirements of the job include:

· Direct ownership of Demand Planning and an executive S&OP or SIOP process that drove cross-functional decisions.

· End-to-end leadership of a major ERP business-process transformation covering design, testing, cutover, adoption, and stabilization.

It would be nice if you also possess:

· Experience leading substantial tactical buying and multi-site or multi-region inventory, with evidence of improved service, supplier delivery, inventory productivity, and record accuracy.
