Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily finance and accounting operations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Manage budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow planning
- Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability and budget variances
- Monitor working capital and recommend cost-control measures
- Review inventory valuation, cost of goods sold and stock differences
- Maintain bookkeeping and general ledger accounts
- Perform bank, supplier and customer reconciliations
- Review and verify the trial balance
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Complete month-end and year-end closing
- Maintain the fixed-asset register, depreciation, accruals and prepayments
- Prepare and submit UAE VAT and corporate tax returns
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and accounting standards
- Support external audits and maintain complete financial records
- Prepare advanced Excel reports and financial analyses
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience in UAE
- Strong financial reporting and reconciliation skills
- Good knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax
- Advanced Excel and accounting software skills
- Retail or multi-branch experience is preferred
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
