This role requires a confident, consultative sales professional who can influence retailer decision-making, strengthen partnerships, and drive long-term growth.

• Appoint, develop, and support retail partners to maximize Trek’s market position
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships through regular in-person visits
• Deliver product knowledge and sales training to retailer teams
• Ensure brand standards are met for product presentation and in-store experience
• Identify, prospect, and onboard new retail partners to expand market coverage and grow distribution
• Monitor competitive activity and local market trends
• Represent Trek at retailer events, demos, and market activations

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in a consultative, relationship-driven environment
• Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and lead sales conversations with confidence
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and effective at follow-up and territory planning
• Cycling industry experience preferred
