About Traelli

Traelli is building a better way to get AC, electrical and plumbing repairs done at home, starting in Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
Customers will book through an app and describe the problem in a structured way. One verified partner technician attends, follows a guided job flow, records evidence, and quotes against what they found. Prices are shown before work starts, there is no surge pricing, and payments go through a licensed payment provider.
The founder runs an HVAC field-services business, and the product is built on that field experience.

Where we are

We are pre-launch and pre-seed. There are no customers, technicians or reviews on the platform yet, and you will help create the first ones.
We are aiming to launch within the next 3–4 months, tentatively in February 2027. The date may move as we finish the product and line up our first technicians, and we will tell you plainly if it does.
This role suits someone who wants to build from zero, with real ownership in a small team.

What you will do

In home services, growth comes from density: enough jobs close together that each technician's day is full. Ads into a thin area buy jobs we cannot serve well. So our launch runs anchor sites first, organic channels second and paid ads last.

The launch sequence you will run

1. Before launch: map the launch district, its apartment associations and builders. Sign anchor sites with the partnerships executive, and set up tracking and our local search presence.
2. Launch: start with anchor customers. Collect verified reviews, referrals and the words customers actually use.
3. First months after launch: grow through organic channels only: referrals, residents' groups, WhatsApp communities, local search and the anchor relationships.
4. After that: test Google and Meta ads once we know what a customer costs to win organically, with budgets tied to cost per acquired customer.

Your responsibilities

• Anchor sites. With the partnerships executive, sign and grow anchor sites: apartment associations, gated communities, builders' maintenance teams and property managers.
• Organic channels. Residents' groups, building WhatsApp channels, referrals, and each anchor relationship as a channel of its own.
• Local search and reviews. Google Business Profile, local listings, and reviews from verified jobs only.
• Content. Malayalam or Tamil plus English content made with freelance creators. No unsupported numbers, no claims that AI diagnoses faults, and honest prices.
• Paid acquisition. Google and Meta ads only after the organic acquisition cost is measured.
• Measurement. Weekly tracking of acquisition cost by channel, repeat and referral rates, and jobs per technician per day in the district.
• On the ground. Launch events at anchor sites, and visible, well-presented partner technicians in the neighbourhood.
• Team and budget. Lead the partnerships executive and freelancers, and manage the marketing budget.

What you will bring

• 5–8 years of hands-on growth or marketing for a consumer service, local marketplace or app in South India.
• Proven results in both performance marketing (Google and Meta) and community or B2B partnerships.
• Referral programmes and local channels, such as residents' groups and WhatsApp communities, that you built and measured.
• Comfort with numbers: acquisition cost, cohorts, attribution and simple dashboards.
• English is mandatory, and fluent Malayalam or Tamil is required, matching the launch district.
• Experience managing freelancers or agencies and a marketing budget.
• Happy to spend much of the week in the field with residents, associations and technicians.
• Comfortable with the pace and uncertainty of a pre-launch startup.
• Based in, or willing to move to, the launch district.

Nice to have

• Home services, real estate, property management or facility management.
• Launching a city or district for a consumer app.
• Instagram and short-video content in Malayalam or Tamil.
• Basic SQL or analytics tools.

What success looks like in your first year

• At least two anchor sites signed and active in the launch district.
• Organic acquisition cost measured before any paid spend.
• Jobs per technician per day rising month on month in the district.
• Referral share and repeat-booking rate tracked weekly from launch.
• Reviews from verified jobs only, with every negative review answered.
• Every public claim checked against our writing rules.

What we offer

• ₹9–12 lakh a year fixed (CTC), set by experience.
• Group health insurance and a work laptop.
• A launch to own: you will shape how Traelli enters its first district, and the playbook for the districts after it.
• A small team where your results are visible from the first week.
