Long-term opportunity on major residential developments

We’re looking for an experienced Site Foreman to join the delivery team on a major apartment development in Dublin.

The current project is a large-scale 400-unit, 10-storey residential development, with approximately 18 months remaining on site.

Importantly, this isn't a short-term project role. Once the current development is completed, there is a further major apartment project already in the pipeline, giving you the opportunity for continued employment and progression across large-scale residential developments.

What you'll be doing

You'll take responsibility for the day-to-day coordination of site activities, working closely with the Site Manager and project team to keep the development moving safely and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and coordinating subcontractors and trades
• Managing daily site activities and labour
• Ensuring works are completed to programme and specification
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality
• Monitoring health & safety across the site

About You

• Previous experience as a Site Foreman / General Foreman
• Experience on large-scale residential or apartment projects
• Strong understanding of construction methods and site operations
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors
• Good knowledge of health & safety requirements
