Performance Marketing Lead at Together Light in Remote

Do You...

1. Get genuinely excited about testing campaign changes, analyzing the data, and optimizing for better results?
2. Think analytically rather than emotionally—trusting data over hunches, and learning just as much from failures as from wins?
3. Have hands-on experience managing substantial advertising budgets across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)?
4. Thrive on structured experimentation, documenting results, and systematically applying learnings to future campaigns?
5. Enjoy collaborating with creative, product, and engineering teams to solve growth problems end-to-end?
6. Have the discipline to work independently in a remote environment, maintain meticulous documentation, and report results weekly?
7. Combine the mindset of a scientist (hypothesis, testing, measurement) with the execution of an operator (speed, rigor, results)?
8. Take ownership of outcomes and continuously ask: 'How can we improve this?'

If you answered yes to most of these questions, we would love to talk to you!

Together Light Inc. operates several online businesses serving an international customer base, including Christian Filipina, Filipino Visa, and related travel services. Every month, thousands of prospective customers discover our brands through paid advertising.
We believe exceptional marketing is built through disciplined experimentation, rapid learning, and continuous optimization—not opinions.

We're looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Lead who enjoys solving difficult growth problems, improving advertising performance, and using data to make better decisions.
This is an execution-focused role for someone who loves testing ideas, optimizing campaigns, and continuously improving results.

The Role
We are seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Lead who thinks like a scientist, operates like an engineer, and reports like a professional. This is an execution-focused role for someone who loves solving growth problems, testing ideas, and seeing measurable business impact from their work.

This is not an administrative role; you'll be in the campaigns daily. You'll set up tracking, optimize targeting, launch experiments, analyze results, and make recommendations backed by data. You'll work closely with creative, product, and analytics teams to continuously improve customer acquisition and campaign efficiency.

The ideal candidate combines the empathy of understanding customer experience with the discipline of a process-driven operator—meticulous on documentation, firm on timelines, rigorous in testing, and persuasive in presenting data-backed recommendations.

What You'll Own
As Performance Marketing Lead, you will own the following functional areas:

1. Daily Paid Media Execution & Campaign Optimization
2. Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), Microsoft Ads (Bing), YouTube, and TikTok
3. Monitor campaign health daily: CTR, conversion rates, CPC, CAC, ROAS
4. Manage budgets to maximize ROI; scale winning campaigns, pause underperformers
5. Refine audience targeting, keywords, bidding strategies based on performance data
6. Report campaign performance to CEO weekly with clear insights and recommendations

Structured Experimentation & Learning Program

1. Design and execute 4-6 structured experiments per week across targeting, keywords, bidding, creative, landing pages, offers
2. Document 100% of experiment results with hypothesis, results, insights, and business impact
3. Conduct weekly performance reviews with CEO: analyze results, identify winners, plan next week's tests
4. Systematically scale winning experiments into ongoing campaigns; retire underperforming approaches

Creative Performance & Collaboration

1. Analyze ad performance by creative asset; identify winners and detect creative fatigue
2. Provide data-driven feedback to Creative Strategist on what's working and what to test next
3. Scale high-performing creative; test new hooks, messaging, and offers continuously
4. Work with the creative strategist to maintain the pipeline

Funnel Optimization & Cross-Team Collaboration

1. Analyze acquisition funnel end-to-end: ad click → landing page → registration → paid member
2. Work with Product/Design on landing page optimization and A/B testing
3. Collaborate with Engineering on registration flow optimization and conversion improvement
4. Provide weekly funnel insights to Product, Engineering, and Sales teams

Analytics, Reporting & Data Integrity

1. Set up and maintain accurate tracking via Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, platform native reporting
2. Track all key metrics: impressions, clicks, conversions, CTR, CPC, CAC, ROAS, cost-per-registration
3. Prepare detailed weekly reports for CEO on revenue, ROAS by channel, CAC trends, and actionable insights
4. Ensure data integrity and troubleshoot tracking issues across all platforms

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years managing paid digital advertising campaigns at scale
2. Demonstrated track record of improving measurable business results through paid acquisition (revenue growth, CAC reduction, ROAS improvement)
3. Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max)
4. Experience managing campaigns on at least one additional platform: Microsoft Ads (Bing), TikTok, YouTube, or Meta
