Summary: Tinuiti is the largest independent full-funnel marketing agency in the U.S., seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Business Development Associate. This role involves managing the logistics and administration of sales pitches, allowing senior closers to focus on strategy while ensuring every pitch is executed flawlessly. Responsibilities: - Own the pitch calendar. You’ll set internal deadlines, schedule rehearsals, and ensure all stakeholders (legal, tech, creative) deliver their inputs on time - Act as the bridge between the sales team and the design department. You’ll ensure decks are visually stunning, brand-compliant, and tailored to the specific prospect - Manage the 'experience' of the sell.
