Summary: TikTok is a leading destination for short-form mobile video, and they are seeking a Category Management Project Intern to join their US operation team. In this role, you will assist in executing campaigns for iconic brands, analyze market trends, and gain practical skills through impactful short-term projects. Responsibilities: - Assist the team in analyzing market trends, including but not limited to assortment supply analysis, traffic analysis, content analysis etc - Work as a Campaign Executive with related stakeholders to ensure the campaign is running smoothly, including promotion setting, creator sourcing, product delivery track, and communication with cross functional teams - Monitor real-time campaign/ project performance and keep tracking of post campaign performance evaluation - Support to help Weekly Report Data Analysis Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree or above in Business, Project Management, Data Analytics, or related fields - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Strong organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills - Proficient in Excel and data analysis Preferred Qualifications: - Prior e-Commerce experience would be strongly preferred, but not required - Data driven and sensitive to data insight Required Skills: Excel, Data analysis, Market trend analysis, Campaign management, E-commerce Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Benefits: Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more., Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year)., Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
