The Opportunity

As an Independent Leadership & Self-Development Associate, you will help engage and support professionals, entrepreneurs and leaders who are seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth.

The opportunity combines relationship building, leadership and self-development knowledge, online business development and the promotion of relevant professional-development offerings.

You will work remotely, determine your own working schedule and develop your activities independently, with access to agreed business resources and development opportunities. This role will suit an experienced professional who values autonomy, continuous learning and a client-centred approach to professional and self development.

Key Responsibilities

• Build professional relationships with prospective clients and understand their leadership and self-development interests.
• Introduce suitable professional and personal development offerings and explain their potential relevance to prospective clients.
• Apply ethical digital marketing, communication and relationship-building approaches to develop business opportunities.
• Conduct introductory conversations and interviews with prospective clients, as appropriate.
• Draw on your leadership, mentoring or professional development experience to support informed client decision-making.
• Participate in relevant product, business and professional development training.
• Monitor your activities, reflect on results and continually improve your approach.
• Work collaboratively with other independent professionals while maintaining responsibility for your own consultancy activities.

Skills and Experience

• Experience in leadership development, coaching, mentoring, organisational development, professional education or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• An interest in holistic well-being, self-development, self-awareness and intentional living.
• Confidence in engaging prospective customers and explaining the value of professional development programmes.
• Experience in sales, business development, client engagement or digital marketing, or a willingness to develop these capabilities.
• The ability to work independently, organise activities and take responsibility for results.
• A commitment to ethical communication, professional integrity and respectful customer relationships.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.

Independent Contractor and Compensation Arrangements

This is a self-employed, independent contractor opportunity, not a salaried employment position.

Compensation is performance-based and derived from an agreed share of profits generated through profit sales, in accordance with the applicable consultancy agreement. Full details of the compensation structure, and contractual terms will be provided before any agreement is entered into.
