Donation Attendant at Thrift World in Carroll, IA

Summary: Thrift World is a thrift retail company focused on giving back to the community. The Community Donation Attendant will greet donors, receive and organize donations, maintain the donation area, process items properly, and build positive relationships with community members and donors.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist donors with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Accept, sort, and categorize incoming donations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient donation area
- Ensure donations are properly handled and processed
- Build and maintain positive relationships with community members and donors

Required Qualifications:
- Friendly, efficient, and detail-oriented personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Can-do attitude with a commitment to exceptional customer service
- Must be 18 years or older

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail or donation center environment is a plus, but not required (training will be provided)
