Performance Creative Designer at ThirdLove in San Francisco, CA

Who We Are For too long, the bra industry was stuck in outdated ideas, forcing women to choose between feeling sexy or comfortable. So in 2013, Heidi Zak and Ra’el Cohen created Thirdlove–a third, better option designed to help women look and feel their best. Prioritizing real-world fit over outdated standards, Thirdlove disrupted the industry by inventing half-cup sizes and the Fitting Room® quiz. The result was a more precise fit that offered comfort without sacrificing style. Today, Thirdlove remains an innovative design-led brand, handling everything from R&D to the supply chain in-house to get every detail just right. How We Work Our culture is inclusive, collaborative, fast-paced, and data-driven. We’ve been certified as a Great Place to Work® for four consecutive years, based on feedback from our own team. If you want to make an impact while propelling your career forward, we’d love to hear from you. What We Are Looking For We’re hiring a Performance Creative Designer to own the creative output of our paid media engine. This isn’t a brand design role — it’s a performance role. You’ll be responsible for producing the ads that drive new customer acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google, Display, and CTV, and you’ll be doing it with a sharp understanding of what works and why. You’ll work in close partnership with our paid media team, who will lead the data and brief side, while you bring the visual direction and production. Together you’ll run a fast, iterative creative loop built on real performance signals. You’ll also collaborate with our internal Brand and Creative teams to make sure everything that goes into market is on-brand and product-accurate. This is a role for someone who has made performance ads and who understands the difference between creative that earns attention and creative that drives conversion.
