If you do not have previous Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machine Sales Experience in the metal machining industry you will not be considered for the role.

We're looking for a highly motivated and result driven CNC Sales Representative to continue to sustain our YoY growth promoting our CNC machines and solutions to customers in Ontario. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing technology, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Location: Eastern Ontario, Montreal area

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company objectives and increase market share.
• Identify potential clients through research, networking, and referrals, focusing on both new business development and existing customer relationships.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve service delivery.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to our products.

Skills

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in outside sales or technical sales environments.
• Strong business development acumen with the ability to analyze market trends effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Proficiency in negotiating contracts and closing deals successfully.
• Familiarity with technology sales is a plus, enabling effective communication of product benefits.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
