Summary: Think Academy Irvine is a newly established education technology company providing extra-curricular learning services for PreK to Middle school students. They are seeking a Full-Time Onsite Math Content Teacher to deliver engaging math lessons and manage a classroom of students while supporting campus events and enrollment activities. Responsibilities: - Teach pre-k - k level mathematics - Actively engage and manage a classroom of up to 16 students - Prepare and deliver lessons using Think Academy's curriculum and teaching guidance - Grade homework and provide other essential teaching-related services - Communicate effectively with students and parents, offering timely and personalized feedback - Work 40 hours per week as a full time teacher, primarily during weekends and weekday afternoons/evenings, with responsibilities including teaching, supporting campus events, and student enrollment activities Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above, all majors are welcome as long as you're passionate in kids and math teaching; Education, or STEM-related majors are preferred - You are still eligible to apply if you are still pursuing or in progress of obtaining a Bachelor's degree - Super passionate about teaching and education industry, with a mission to provide better education to promote social development - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Highly responsible and love to get along with kids - Can commit to at least one whole semester of teaching (Spring semester: Jan - May; Summer: June - Aug; Fall semester: Aug - Dec) - Available and willing to work during weekday evenings and weekends Preferred Qualifications: - Prior math teaching experiences is not required, but a big plus - Prior experience with Math Competition is a plus Required Skills: Mathematics, Curriculum Preparation, Classroom Management, Student Assessment, Passion for Teaching Benefits: Enjoy benefits such has medical insurance and 401k, Gain hands on experience in an education driven environment, Potential for future full-time employment opportunities based on performance
