Maintenance Director- Full Time

We’re seeking a reliable, skilled Maintenance Director to support the safety, comfort, and daily operations of our long‑term care community. Responsibilities include general repairs, preventative maintenance, responding to work orders, and ensuring a safe environment for residents and staff.

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance experience required; experience in healthcare or LTC preferred
• Basic knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, professional, and resident‑focused
• Must pass background check and meet facility requirements
