What You'll Own: • Front-Line Support: Be the first point of contact for client and internal technical issues. Resolve what you can, and route and escalate the rest to the right resources. • Ticket Resolution: Keep end-users informed on open tickets, guide them to fast resolutions, and follow up accurately within department timelines. • Hardware & Software Support: Install, configure, and manage desktop and mobile software. Handle version updates, track inventory and licenses, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely. • Documentation & Reporting: Record needs, requests, issues, and solutions as you go, and report regularly on completed work and the status of your assigned tasks.
